Sue Hall, Ministry Assistant

Sue joined the DBA team in 1981 and is an active member of Antioch Baptist Church. She also volunteers with the Dover Woman's Missionary Union and hails from Southwest Virginia.
Claire McAuliffe, Communications and Operations Manager

Claire formerly served DBA as a consultant before joining the DBA team in 2024. Claire is an active member and worship team member of Gayton Baptist Church and was formerly on staff at Cambridge Baptist Church as Minister to Youth and Young Adults for seven years. She also serves as the Executive Director and a National Trustee for a national Christian social sorority, Sigma Alpha Omega. Claire graduated from James Madison University with her Masters of Arts in Teaching and is currently pursuing a degree in Christian Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary.
