Win joined the DBA team in 2021 after serving as the Senior Pastor at Cambridge Baptist Church in Henrico. Win graduated summa cum laude with a Master of Divinity degree from the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University. Win also earned his Bachelor of Science in Communication with a Business Administration minor from James Madison University. Win is a co-author of Cross Training: A Sports Devotional and writes a monthly devotional blog. Prior to accepting the call to full-time ministry, Win was a communications consultant for The Beacon, a national Christian radio program, and served as the Executive Director and contributing editor for a national media, magazine, and conference group.

Molly Roland, Administrative Assistant

"Blessed and highly favored" is the enthusiastic response you'll most likely hear from Molly Roland if you ask how she is doing. Molly is a long-time member of Biltmore Baptist Church, a Dover Baptist Association member church. She actively serves at their clothes closet ministry. Prior to joing the Dover Baptist Association office team, Molly had a long career in both the public and private sector, including positions at various state agencies such as the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals of Virginia, the Medical College of Virginia, the Virginia State Police, and VDOT among private companies. Molly is a proud mom of a United States Marine.
Claire McAuliffe, Communications and Operations Manager

Claire formerly served DBA as a consultant before joining the DBA team in 2024. Claire is an active member and worship team member of Gayton Baptist Church and was formerly on staff at Cambridge Baptist Church as Minister to Youth and Young Adults for seven years. She also serves as the Executive Director and a National Trustee for a national Christian social sorority, Sigma Alpha Omega. Claire graduated from James Madison University with her Masters of Arts in Teaching and is currently pursuing a degree in Christian Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary.
