Part-time Youth Ministry Coordinator
Ferry Farm Baptist Church in historic Fredericksburg, Virginia is prayerfully seeking a part-time Youth Ministry Coordinator called by God to the leadership, administrations, and coordination of all youth programs (grades 6-12).
He/She will be responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive program focused on the Christian education, growth, discipleship, and shepherding of youth and their parents. We are seeking a leader with strong motivational skills who demonstrates a sincere love for the Lord and all people. Our church, founded in 1959, actively connects with the BGAV and affirms the 1963 Baptist Faith and Message. Our national affiliation is with the SBC.
The Youth Ministry Coordinator will partner with ministry staff and families to develop and nurture relationships with all students and their families while creating an environment in which all youth can actively grow in their faith.
