Hatcher Memorial Baptist Church is looking to fill the position of Pastor. We seek a dedicated, passionate, and experienced Pastor to lead our congregation in spiritual growth and service.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep commitment to the ministry.
The Pastor's primary responsibilities include:
Preaching engaging and biblically based sermons and leading a mid-week bible study.
Pastoral care - Including visiting the sick, counseling those in need, and offering support during a crisis.
Performing other pastoral duties such as weddings, funerals, baptisms, and dedications.
Working with church leadership and staff to establish a vision and plan for the church's growth. Including building a ministry for young adults and children
