Small, country church seeking bi-vocational pastor to lead and shepherd a family-oriented congregation who believes that Jesus died for all, some Bible study, some visitation.
Minimum years of experience: 1-5
Minimum education Preferred: seminary degree
Minimum years’ experience as senior pastor: 1-5 years
Age range preferred: 23 and up.
Ordination: Required.
Pastoral duties to include: Provide weekly Sunday sermon and Lord’s Supper the first Sunday every month; lead Bible study, visitation of members (as time permits) to be shared with deacons; attend special church events (as time permits), i.e., VBS, Fish Fry, etc.; provide counseling and baptism for new believers; conduct weddings and funerals (with funding provided by the requesting party) Some of this is negotiable.
About us: Beulah Baptist Church members are living the gospel by ministering to each other, to our community in King William, Virginia, and to people around the world since 1812. We are a small congregation of 50-70 consistently attending members on Sunday mornings. We do have Sunday School classes for all age groups. We prefer traditional services. Our services do have an on-line following on Facebook and YouTube.

We, the members of Beulah Baptist Church, believe that Jesus Christ, the Son of God: Was born of a Virgin; Lived a sinless life, resisting all temptations; Died on the Cross for the sins of all humanity; Rose again in Glory; Ascended to Heaven; Will return again to claim His kingdom; Gave His Life, so all who believe in Him will have Everlasting Life.
