Sharon Baptist Church is seeking a part-time Music Director (5–10 hours per week) to develop and lead our worship music ministry in a way that honors God and uplifts our congregation.
The ideal candidate will have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, a bachelor’s degree in music or theology and at least five years of experience in church music leadership.
Responsibilities include planning and coordinating worship services, directing choirs or praise teams, selecting music for services, accompanying on piano or other instruments, and collaborating with the pastor and worship committee to create meaningful worship experiences.
We seek someone with strong musical skills, leadership ability, and a servant’s heart — someone who can inspire joyful and heartfelt worship through traditional, gospel, and contemporary music.
