Associate Pastor/Youth Pastor (Part-Time)
Mineral Baptist Church of Mineral, VA is seeking a spiritually mature and called individual to serve as Associate Pastor/Youth Pastor who demonstrates a commitment to Jesus Christ and a pastoral character consistent with 1 Timothy 3:1-7.
This role primarily focuses on leading a Christ-centered ministry for middle and high school students while supporting the Senior Pastor and church ministry. The position is currently part-time with the potential to grow into expanded pastoral responsibilities and full-time ministry leadership as the church grows.
Mineral Baptist Church is associated with the Baptist General Association of Virginia and the Goshen Baptist Association.
