This is an hourly position that will vary weekdays/weekends depending on upcoming events. Assistant will keep the supply room organized and keep classrooms stocked. They will prepare materials and curriculum for multiple classes and events. The Assistant will be responsible for planning the volunteer appreciation party and at least twice a year they would plan a volunteer event (ie. Picnic, Christmas party, etc). The Assistant will be responsible for the Sunday AM check in systems and see that they are up and running before programming and manning the children’s lobby desk during programs for any needed assistance.
