This is an hourly position that will vary weekdays/weekends depending on upcoming events. Assistant will help with recruiting volunteers, scheduling, run background checks, schedule training, help find subs, and would be expected to fill in positions left vacant on any given week. They would plan for training and special events – doing volunteer sign-ups, ordering supplies, send out reminders, schedule vendors (food trucks, bounce houses, etc). They would coordinate between church ministries – email, meet, chat with our different ministry teams, music, youth pastor, etc. on shared events. They would work with the Children’s Director on keeping track of the budget, expense reports, and keeping track of supplies. Assistant would report directly to the Children’s Director.

$20/hr.
