Four Mile Creek Baptist Church seeks a Music Coordinator (part-time). Benefits include: $1500/month, 20 Hrs/week-flexible, Leave-1 week/yr (Paid vacation, Regular Work Hours per Week.), Sick Leave-20 Hrs/yr.
Qualifications:
Must Have Experience in leading Choirs and Worship Service as well as technical knowledge on microphones and audio/visual technology. Read Music, Play Piano.
Must be a believer and follower of Jesus Christ.
Person responsible for Worship Service functions necessary to keep church music ministry activities running smoothly. This includes, but is not limited to the following:
a) Arrange and coordinate the technical, musical, audio-visual and personnel aspects for conducting a vibrant Worship Service, and other communal Gatherings.
b) Develop Worshipful musical experiences appropriate to the event through personal involvement and/or recruitment of other personnel as necessary.
c) Weddings and Funeral support could be provided upon availability within work hours.
d) Work with Church Daycare children in a music program, teaching music 1-2 hrs./week.
e) Work with the choir on a weekly basis to develop, prepare, and present music for worship services.
f) All listed duties will be done on an “as needed” basis.
Hours: Monday – Friday-flexible
Sunday-8:00 am-12:00 noon
