Yes, this year our annual meeting will include a short business meeting, a “full circle” speaker followed by a hands-on mission project. We will be packing 1,000+ shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child. - What’s a “full circle” speaker?
We will have a testimony from someone who received a shoebox as a child and the impact it had on their life. - Will this interfere with our church’s shoebox packing?
No…participants are not being asked to bring any supplies. All supplies will be purchased by Dover and waiting at the event on October 22 for you to pack them! - Is there a cost to attend?
No…The purchase of supplies is being made possible by your church’s gifts to missions. - Who can participate?
Anyone…this is not just for your church’s voting messengers..we’ll need lots of hands to pack 1,000+ shoeboxes. - Do I need to sign up?
Yes….we will ask all participates to sign up with the Dover Office in advance.
